Q-9000 inverter has standard internal PID feedback control function which can reach precise close-loop control. In vector control with PG mode, 1: 1000 (1: 100 nominal) control range and 0.02% speed control can be achieved. Zero-servo ability is also available in this mode which can reach 150% torque at zero speed.
The user-friendly built-in programmable parameters make most of the control system tasks as easy as possible. The user-friendly operator display (16*2 Characters) is in English and other languages. The keyboard is intuitive and includes memory for parameter settings making it easy to transfer settings from one inverter to another.
Q-9000 is a full-scale flux vector control inverter which directly controls the direct current that results in the motor torque. Q-9000 offers outstanding starting torque at 150% - 200% at 0.5Hz with a torque accuracy of +/-5% and the current vector control with PG mode, the fast response to changes in the speed reference is allowable and for the overload of 150% for 60 seconds; 200% for 5 seconds.
Q-9000 supports network communications choices such as RS-485 port, Modbus and other protocols which are convenient for all kinds of host link.
